Business Continuity

What would you do if you found out that the building your office resides in met with a catastrophic disaster or your server had a major failure? How quickly today can you get up and running? Viatek has a solution for you that will have you up and running the same or next business day depending on the event.

As a complement to our backup solution you can upgrade to our virtualized server solution.  This resides on the same Axcient appliance that your local backups reside on.  Should your primary server fail we can remotely bring up a virtualized version of your server within an hour of being notified.  This will restore you to the point in time of your last back up and you will be up and running as if your primary server is still in place.  Once your primary server is back on line we simply do a restore to that server and take the virtual server off line. 

Should the office have a catastrophic event we can have a new appliance along with your backed up data shipped anywhere in the US within 1 business day and bring your server back on line. 

If you require even faster turnaround we can offer you a cloud based server restore which will allow you and your employees to access your server from the Cloud within a few hours of being notifies.
